Accessing the customer portal

Yes, but you must use a unique email for every Panda Business Account. Customers can create a fictional email to do this, as there will be no verification email sent.

If you’ve forgotten the email address associated with your account you can chat live with our customer care team or email them at To reset your email you will need to have your account number ready and answer some security questions (your account number can be found on your service invoices, waste reports and bins).

Your account will be locked if you’ve entered your password incorrectly three times or more. If you know the email address linked to the account, simply click 'Forgot Password', answer the security questions and follow the reset instructions. 

If you or your business have a Panda Business Account, you will need to register as a new portal user. To do this, you need to verify your account number, company name and address. Please note that only one email can be associated with your Panda Business Account and that you will need access to this email to complete your account set up.
