Meter Readings
You may not be providing the correct number of digits. The best way to check your reading is by looking at your latest invoice and check the reading we have billed up to. This will give you a good idea of how many digits are needed. If you are still having difficulties submitting your reading you can give us a call on 01-829-8989 and our agents will assist you.
Electricity Standard Meter (24hr)
Electricity Meter (Day and Night)
The night rate applies to the hours of 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. in the winter months (end of October to the end of March), and 12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. in the summer months.
Gas (Standard/Digital):
Meter readings help keep your bill accurate. By submitting regular meter readings you can make sure you only pay for what you use. If you can’t send in a meter reading, don’t worry. ESB Networks or Gas Networks Ireland will attempt to read your meters four times a year. Outside of these times they will provide us with an estimate of your total usage.
