Why does Panda require this information?

Panda require your name and address details to allow us to deliver the Panda product to you.

Panda take phone details to contact customers in case there is an issue relating to a delivery of a Panda product e.g. a skip, skip bags, commercial bin or domestic household bin.

Panda also use the phone numbers collected to call back and confirm exact details of an order e.g. to confirm the size of a skip or the location where the customer intends to place a skip on their property.

For domestic household collections Panda offer a service where an informational text message can be sent to a customer e.g.

Panda also offer a service, which informs the domestic customer of their account status. If for example your account is approaching “due status” Panda will send you a reminder text stating this. Panda also offer this service for accounts that may be on hold. Panda feel that this is a service, which allows the customer to avoid any disruption to their service and also allows customers to be in control of their account.

Panda offer an automatic e-mail invoice facility for domestic customers. When your invoice is created it can be sent directly to the e-mail address that you provide to Panda. The invoice will be contained within a pdf file to allow you to print for your records.

If you are a domestic customer and do not which to avail of the text or e-mail service you can opt out at any time using one of the following methods.

Call our call centre at 1850 62 62 62 , select option 4 to speak to an agent and tell will flag your account as one that does not wish to receive texts, e-mails or both.

Send an e-mail to  ebills@panda.ie requesting that we flag your account as one that does not wish to receive texts, e-mails or both.

 Panda will not provide any of your details to a third party provider or marketing company.
